Always get great service from the guys at Primo when I call them. I have been making those calls since 1996. Today Aaron was professional, thoughtful and informative on top of doing a great job. He had to call Charlie to come on site with additional equipment and he was great as well. Anyone doing research should have a similar confidence as I do...which is 6 STARS!

Aaron and Charlie replaced a 40 gallon Bradford White Gas Water heater for me. They were both competent and communicative during the project. They explained issues surrounding working with galvanized pipe which exists in my home. Patient when explaining issues, job completed in a timely and effective manner, no surprises. Full endorsement on my part.

Steve, from Primo, installed my insurance required Moen monitoring valve. An excellent job done with extra attention to appearance, which was my big concern at the exterior location next to my front door. Communication with Jordan was also excellent and timely, with a lot of attention to fulfilling my exact need. Well done Primo. Quentin Wall

I talk to Jordon about a leaky (Hot Water Heater). He told what it would cost over the phone for a new one, and gave me a Veteran discount also. Steven came out, and install a new one. He was very professional, and a really nice man. Also Steven did a nice job cleaning up after himself. Both Jordon, and Steven are very nice, and I would definitely recommend them to family's and friends.

Great piece of kismet landed this firm on my radar! A family friend passed this information to me after meeting Jordan @ a local veterinarians office. I called and was able to quickly set an appointment (the next morning!!) and had all my issues fixed promptly. So delighted to find a reputable local plumbing contractor through a referral (the best way; you can take this review as a referral)! I will use their services in the future. I highly recommend Primo Plumbing & Heating; they’re local, clean, efficient and Gilbert (my technician), worked miracles. Let’s keep our locally owned businesses (your neighbors) working.

We had an emergency situation with our water heater. It was leaking and needed to be replaced asap. We reached out to Primo and were greeted by Jordan who knowledgeably, professionally and promptly addressed our situation. He came to our home that day and clearly explained product options, pricing and installation availability. Later that same day, he and Steven installed the new heater. Steven and Jordan were both incredibly professional and friendly. They were pleasures to work with and have in our home. We would not hesitate to recommend Primo to friends and family. We will definitely use their services whenever we have a plumbing need.

We have had Primo Plumbing come out to our condo for many years, calling them whenever we could. We worked with Tom in the beginning, who was very familiar with our building, and then later with Jordan. And now we have had the pleasure of having Aaron come out to assist us. He was professional, patient, and kind. He worked very efficiently, and we were confident with everything he had to say about the issues with our drains, and in general. We were very happy to have had him come out, and would welcome having him help us again when the need arises. He is truly an asset to Primo Plumbing.

I have been using Primo for over 20 years. They have taken care of small plumbing problems too rebuilding my furnace. They do excellent work. Their employees are always professional and friendly. I have two dogs and they always greet the employees. I always feel safe with their employees in my home. I will continue to use their services as long as I own my home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Primo Plumbing is a great and honest company! We have used them several times and also recommended them to friends and family. We needed a new garbage disposal and Jordan was able to come out the same day. He was very professional and courteous. He replaced the disposal very quick and it works great! Primo Plumbing came out to install my garbage disposal and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were friendly, honest, and walked me through everything before they started. The installation was quick, clean, and done right the first time. It’s rare to find a company that treats you with respect and does solid work. Definitely recommending them to friends and family!
